Packaging Associate

Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule
Location: Chippewa Falls, WI

We are hiring Packaging Associates for a growing manufacturing facility in Chippewa Falls, WI. If you are looking for a hands-on production opportunity with consistent full-time hours and every other weekend off, this could be the perfect fit.

Schedule

This position works a rotating 2-2-3 schedule:

• Work 2 days
• Off 2 days
• Work 3 days
• Schedule rotates the following week

This allows for full-time hours while providing every other weekend off.

What You'll Do

As a Production Packaging Associate, you'll play an important role in keeping production running efficiently and ensuring finished products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Packaging finished products accurately and efficiently
• Operating and monitoring packaging equipment and conveyor lines
• Inspecting bottles, labels, and packaging for quality and accuracy
• Clearing bottle jams and maintaining production flow
• Replenishing packaging materials as needed
• Verifying labels and packaging meet specifications
• Moving finished products to designated storage areas
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Following GMP and safety procedures
• Reporting quality or equipment concerns to leadership
• Assisting with additional production tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to remain active throughout a 12-hour shift
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to successfully pass a background check

Work Environment

This position is performed in a manufacturing setting with moving equipment and seasonal temperature variations. PPE is required in designated areas to promote a safe workplace.

Transferable Experience Welcome

Candidates with experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, factory, assembly, or production associate roles are encouraged to apply. Experience in other fast-paced environments may also transfer well to this opportunity.
