Landscape/Property Maintenance Laborer
Location: Cave Creek / Fountain Hills area 
Pay: $19–20/hr
Schedule: Full-time, 40+ hours/week
Duration: Long-term (1 year+)

Job Summary:
We're seeking a reliable laborer for a long-term position supporting property and landscape maintenance for a private residence/estate. This is a steady, full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys outdoor work and can handle a variety of hands-on tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Watering and general upkeep of trees and plants
• Seasonal decorating (including Christmas decor setup)
• Diagnosing and repairing sprinkler/irrigation system issues
• General property maintenance as needed

Requirements:

• Must be able to communicate in English
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
• Basic mechanical aptitude for sprinkler repairs a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check
