Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is hiring 3 RMA Rework Technicians – Soldering for a project with a growing electronics company.

Service Line: Evaluation to Hire, Full-time
Pay: $25–$30/hr.
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Location: Irvine

Responsibilities:

* Perform SMD and through-hole soldering.
* Rework and repair electronic components and circuit boards.
* Use heat guns to install and remove chips, resistors, inductors, and SMD components.
* Test and modify electronic components using measuring and diagnostic tools.
* Ensure completed work meets quality specifications.
* Assist with shipping, packing, and assembly as needed.

Requirements:

* Soldering experience is required.
* SMD and through-hole soldering experience is required.
* Strong attention to detail and quality.
* Ability to work with small electronic components and hand tools.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Reliable and able to work independently.
