Job Overview

We are seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to join our production team in Harahan, LA. This position involves production line work as well as lighter facility support tasks. Candidates must be dependable, punctual, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Line Work: Work directly on the assembly line packaging and bagging bulk beans.

• Heavy Lifting: Safely lift, stack, and move heavy bags and product materials throughout the warehouse floor.

• Breakdown & Disposal Assignment: Execute a dedicated 1-week temporary project breaking down cardboard boxes and staging materials (light-duty, no heavy lifting required for this specific week).

• General Warehouse Upkeep: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area in compliance with safety standards.

Schedule & Compensation

• Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour

• Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (8-hour shift with a 1-hour lunch break)

• Duration: Full-time hours with specific short-term project rotations (e.g., 1-week box breakdown assignment)

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to perform heavy manual lifting repeatedly during standard production line shifts.

• High reliability and punctual attendance for the 7:00 a.m. start time.

• Ability to stand, bend, and move continuously throughout the shift.

• Prior warehouse, packing, or assembly line experience is a plus.
