Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM | Friday, 7:30 AM–11:30 AM

Must have an active North Carolina Professional Engineer (PE) license to be considered.

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer / Project Manager to lead land development projects from concept through construction.

This role is a strong fit for someone who wants meaningful project ownership, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to lead both projects and people.

What You’ll Do

• Manage civil and land development projects from design through construction
• Serve as Engineer of Record and primary point of contact for clients
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, quality, and deliverables
• Lead and mentor Assistant Project Managers and technical staff
• Design and review projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Work with grading, erosion control, subdivisions, water, sewer, stormwater, and site development plans
• Coordinate permitting and approvals with local and state agencies
• Represent projects in meetings with clients, municipalities, boards, and other stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Active North Carolina PE license required
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• 5+ years of land development engineering experience
• At least 2 years of project leadership or people management experience
• Strong AutoCAD Civil 3D experience
• Strong client communication and project management skills
• Valid driver’s license
