Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM | Friday, 7:30 AM–11:30 AM

We are looking for a Civil Engineer / Assistant Project Manager who is ready to grow into more project responsibility while supporting land development work from design through completion.

This is a strong opportunity for someone with solid civil engineering experience who wants more exposure to project coordination, client communication, and leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Support civil and land development projects from design through construction
• Assist Project Managers with schedules, budgets, deliverables, and project coordination
• Prepare and review plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Work with grading, erosion control, subdivisions, water, sewer, stormwater, and site development plans
• Coordinate with municipalities, agencies, and project stakeholders
• Assist with permitting and approval processes
• Help track project progress and keep documentation organized
• Communicate with clients and internal team members throughout the project lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• Previous experience in land development or civil/site engineering
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Interest in growing into greater project management responsibility
• Valid driver’s license
