CNC Machinist

Location: Hendersonville / Flat Rock, NC
Pay: $24.00–$27.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
1st Shift

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join a precision manufacturing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable setting up, operating, and programming CNC equipment and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality parts.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines
• Program CNC machines to produce precision metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Perform tool changes, machine adjustments, and calibration
• Maintain tight tolerances and quality standards
• Troubleshoot tooling, programming, and machine issues
• Complete production logs, setup documentation, and inspection records
• Use precision measuring tools to verify finished parts

What We’re Looking For

• Previous CNC machining experience
• Experience with CNC programming, milling, and lathes
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Knowledge of machine setup, fixtures, and tooling alignment
• Experience with CAM software
• Understanding of machining processes including milling, turning, grinding, and EDM
• Ability to use calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, dial indicators, and CMM equipment
• Strong basic math and measurement skills
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused
