We're hiring a Maintenance Technician for a growing manufacturing facility in Hebron, OH. If you have experience troubleshooting equipment, making repairs, and keeping production running, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and facility systems
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Work from schematics, manuals, and technical drawings
• Minimize downtime and keep production running efficiently
• Complete maintenance work orders and inspections
• Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects

What We're Looking For

• Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance, Maintenance Mechanic, or related experience
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience with mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting is a plus
• Reliable attendance and strong safety focus
