Inspection Clerk

Located in Grants Pass, OR

Salary: $17.00

We are seeking a detail-oriented quality inspector to join our team on first shift. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an inspector or machinist. This is a full time position Mon-Fri from 6am-230pm.

Responsibilities:

• Perform batch, interval and first article inspections according to specifications
• Carefully check all dimensions indicated on prints during inspection
• Document inspection results thoroughly on inspection sheets for record keeping
• Conduct inspections efficiently to meet production needs
• Identify any non-conformances or issues and alert supervisors
• Suggest improvements to inspection processes and standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an inspector or machinist highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of quality standards and inspection procedures
• Good written and verbal communication skills
