• Scheduling and Workflow: Plan daily or weekly production targets, assign tasks to workers, and adjust shift schedules to meet customer demand.

• Staff Leadership: Train new hires, mentor team members, monitor employee performance, and handle coaching or disciplinary actions.

• Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety rules like OSHA guidelines, run safety training, and check that protective gear is worn properly.

• Quality Control: Inspect final products to confirm they match company standards and fix any quality issues right away.

• Equipment Maintenance: Monitor machinery, arrange routine servicing, and call for equipment repairs to prevent costly downtime.

• Process Improvement: Analyze operational data, find production bottlenecks, and suggest methods to boost output and lower waste.

• Reporting: Track daily output metrics and share performance updates with senior management

Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent
• Previous manufacturing production supervisor experience
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and hold a production crew accountable
• Comfortable being hands-on and present on the production floor
• Experience overseeing day-to-day production operations

Schedule: 1st shift position, Monday–Friday, approximately 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional Saturday overtime.

Pay: Up to $30/hr based on experience
