A local Grants Pass company is searching for a Customer Service Representative who will have core responsibilities in greeting walk-in traffic and assisting customers over the phone with product questions and account information. This small team atmosphere is looking for an all around team player who can be flexible as duties may vary day to day from data entry to assisting the office staff. This role will require proper phone etiquette, and the ability to navigate specific company software. This is a full time position, Monday-Friday, during regular office hours.
