Custom Imprint Specialist

Locally Owned manufacturing company is looking for a Custom Imprint Specialist.  
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Will be editing art and layout work for orders submitted via the website
• Must have strong customer service skills both in person and over the phone
• Will be responding to customer questions via email about uploading artwork, how to design custom picks online and how to order
• Enthusiastic personality
• Good problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills (preferably Mac)
• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to type 50 wpm accurately and entry level Photoshop and InDesign skills

 Schedule is M - F, 9am to 5pm.
