General job description: The position is a factory that produces custom guitar picks and guitar straps including imprinting and creation of them and this position oversee production of guitar picks and guitar straps including imprinting and creation of them. All other duties are confidential.  Must be an enthusiastic and positive individual.

 

Express Employment Professionals in the Rogue Valley has partnered with a local innovative guitar pick manufacturer that is expanding operations and is looking for experienced Facility Technician.

 

Job highlights:

• Properly set up material drying equipment to each specific material manufacturer’s recommendation
• Review each process at the press for optimization and associated documentation of actual process data
• Troubleshoot molding defects and causes and remedy any issue using a systematic approach to process changes

 

What we look for:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Working knowledge of automation systems and equipment
• Enthusiastic and positive
