Finish Carpenter 

The Finish Carpenter is responsible for the installation of high-end interior and exterior finish 
materials on luxury residential and commercial construction projects. This position requires 
exceptional craftsmanship, precision, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver superior 
finished products that exceed client expectations. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 
• Install finish carpentry components including:  
o Baseboards  
o Crown molding  
o Door and window casings  
o Interior and exterior trim  
o Custom millwork  
o Wood paneling  
o Cabinetry  
o Shelving  
o Decorative wood features  
• Install doors, hardware, locks, and finish accessories. 

Trim Carpenter 

Key Responsibilities 
• Measure, cut, and install trim elements including baseboards, crown molding, 
door/window casings, and custom woodwork  
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications  
• Perform precision finish carpentry with tight tolerances and clean finishes  
• Select and prepare materials in accordance with project requirements  
• Safely operate hand and power tools  
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to meet deadlines  
• Inspect completed work and make necessary adjustments to meet quality standards  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
