Available Press Shifts:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Wednesday, 5:00 AM–6:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Thursday–Saturday, 5:00 AM–6:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 PM–5:00 AM

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Grand Format Operator responsible for setting up and making adjustments to printing machines and producing quality finished products that meet customer expectations. The ideal candidate must be able to work quickly, safely, and accurately to complete assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review job orders to determine print specifications, including quantity, stock/media type, ink colors, dimensions, and special instructions.
• Set up, operate, and make adjustments to grand format printing equipment.
• Produce large-format graphics, banners, signage, and other printed materials according to job specifications.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Trim and finish large-format prints using a utility knife and other appropriate finishing tools.
• Follow production instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Identify and report equipment or production issues.
• Complete assigned work efficiently while meeting production deadlines.

Required Experience & Skills

• Previous experience operating grand format printing equipment.
• Experience printing and handling large banners and oversized graphics.
• Experience using a utility knife for trimming and finishing printed materials.
• Ability to read and follow job orders and production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned shift.
