Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m.

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Yarn Dyeing Production Worker / Yarn Speckler for a textile manufacturing company in Grand Prairie, TX. This hands-on production position applies speckled color treatments to yarn while following established color recipes, production instructions, and quality standards.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong eye for color who enjoys hands-on manufacturing work and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality products.

Yarn Dyeing Production Worker Responsibilities

• Prepare yarn, dyes, and materials for the speckling process
• Follow established color recipes and production instructions for each batch
• Apply speckled color treatments accurately and consistently
• Verify the correct yarn, colors, and materials before beginning production
• Inspect yarn for color accuracy, coverage, consistency, and overall quality
• Identify and report quality concerns before continuing production
• Label and organize yarn, materials, and production batches
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dye-kitchen work area
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
• Assist with Saturday production when needed
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE

Yarn Dyeing Production Worker Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Good eye for color, consistency, and finished-product quality
• Ability to perform repetitive, hands-on production work
• Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy or quality
• Comfortable working around dyes and textile-production materials
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work the required 5:00 a.m. start time
• Previous manufacturing, production, textile, dyeing, or similar hands-on experience is preferred

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following areas is a plus:

• Textile or yarn manufacturing
• Yarn dyeing or fabric dyeing
• Batch production
• Color matching or quality inspection
• Dye-kitchen operations
• Food, chemical, paint, or recipe-based production
• General manufacturing or production
