WAREHOUSE LEAD / POOL EQUIPMENT DISTRIBUTION

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Lead to join a busy pool equipment distribution company in Fort Myers! This is a great opportunity for someone who knows warehouse operations, can confidently direct a team, and isn't afraid to jump in and get the job done.

This company is a leading independent distributor of pool and spa equipment, serving pool professionals throughout Florida. As the Warehouse Lead, you will play an important role in keeping the warehouse organized, orders accurate, and deliveries moving on schedule.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Lead and oversee daily warehouse activities and employees
• Assign work, provide direction, and assist team members as needed
• Load and unload trucks
• Pull and pick customer orders
• Stage orders for delivery
• Check orders for accuracy before delivery
• Assist drivers with loading and deliveries
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
• Use scanners to locate, track, and process inventory
• Look up products, inventory, and orders using a computer
• Keep the warehouse organized and operating efficiently
• Work alongside the team — this is a hands-on leadership position!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous warehouse lead, supervisor, or experienced warehouse experience
• Forklift experience
• Box truck delivery experience is a plus
• Experience staging orders for delivery
• Comfortable using a scanner/RF scanner
• Computer literate and able to look up products and orders
• Ability to confidently direct and work with a warehouse team
• Must be comfortable working in a hot warehouse environment
• Must be able to perform heavy lifting
• Valid driver's license
• Clean MVR and good driving history
• Dependable, hardworking, and ready to take ownership of the warehouse

PAY & SCHEDULE:

Pay: $19–$20/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Overtime: 4–8 hours per week
Position: Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm
