Team Lead

A recycled plastic manufacturing company is looking for a Team Lead to join their team.

What you’ll be doing as a Team Lead

• Direct second-shift production operations and staff across top priority lines, addressing daily operational, quality, and safety needs while managing overtime for adjacent shifts.

• Coordinate with the on-duty maintenance technician, resolve equipment or workflow issues, and communicate key updates to management.

• Provide direct line coverage for breaks and lunches by operating production equipment as needed.

• Coach, train, and support team members on standard daily production processes.

What we look for in a Team Lead

• 1 year working as a lead or supervising associates in a production environment

• 2+ years of longevity
• HS diploma

Additional information 

• $19 hourly
• Monday-Friday, 4pm-12am
• Belleville, MI 48111
