We are seeking an experienced Welder with at least 5 years of welding experience for a full-time opportunity. This position requires strong MIG and Stick welding skills and hands-on experience working with steel.
Pay: $22–$24/hr minimum, with flexibility to pay more based on experienceShift: Day Shift
Minimum 5 years of welding experience
Proficient in MIG and Stick welding
Experience with grinding, cutting, and burning
Experience breaking down and preparing steel materials
Ability to safely operate welding and fabrication equipment
Strong attention to safety and quality
Perform MIG and Stick welding on steel components
Grind, cut, and burn steel as needed
Break down and prepare steel for fabrication and production
Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements
Experienced welders are encouraged to apply. Pay can exceed $24/hr for candidates with strong, relevant experience.
