Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Office Based Janitor who is bilingual in English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and professional environments in commercial facilities. This position requires attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and high-touch surfaces.
• Restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company cleaning standards.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.
