Full-Time Custodian — Meriden, CT

We’re looking for a dependable, experienced Custodian to join our team!

If you take pride in keeping a facility clean, safe, and well-maintained, we’d love to hear from you. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with a consistent daytime schedule and an opportunity to increase your pay once you’ve demonstrated that you’re capable, reliable, and responsible.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

Pay: Starting at $17-19/hr, based on experience

Location: Meriden, CT

What You’ll Do

• Clean and maintain the building, both inside and outside
• Keep exterior grounds clean and free of debris
• Empty and manage trash
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
• Operate floor scrubbers
• Wax and maintain floors
• Help keep the facility clean, safe, and presentable

What We’re Looking For

• Previous custodial experience is preferred
• Experience operating floor scrubbers
• Experience with floor waxing and floor care
• Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
• Safety-toe boots or shoes are required
