This position supports the efficient and safe operation of production equipment within a manufacturing environment. The role plays an important part in maintaining consistent output and quality.

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Previous experience operating industrial or production machinery
• Reliable personal transportation to and from work
• Ability to complete an in-person skills assessment as part of the hiring process
• Ability to read and follow operating instructions and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work varying shifts, including 1st and 2nd shift
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery
• Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and efficiency
• Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete production and quality records as required

Pay and Schedule
Pay: $18 an hour.
Schedule: Training on 1st shift with transition to 2nd shift, Monday–Friday. Exact shift hours will be confirmed upon hire.
