Job Overview
We need someone with hands-on experience PRESSING AND FINISHING garments using professional dry-cleaning/garment-finishing equipment.

Key Responsibilities

You should be able to recognize and correct:

· Wrinkles and unfinished areas

· Double creases

· Improper pant creases

· Press marks and shine

· Poorly finished collars, cuffs, lapels and seams

· Puckering or impressions

· Garments requiring additional attention before they leave your station

You will be expected to inspect your own finished work before sending it to final assembly/QC.

 

Requirements

You should have hands-on experience pressing garments such as:

· Dress pants and trousers

· Suit jackets and blazers

· Dresses and skirts

· Blouses

· Shirts

· Linen and cotton garments

· Delicate and specialty garmentsExperience:

Schedule & Pay

·          $17 - $20/hr DOE

·         1^st Shift

Experience:

·         Must have over 1 year of hands on experience

 

Physical Demands:

Education:

·         High School diploma or equivalent required

Language:

• Ability to understand, speak, and read English clearly.
