Lead Commercial Construction Projects from Start to Finish

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects throughout their entire lifecycle. In this role, you will manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client relationships, and project execution while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and timelines.
• Create budgets, track costs, forecast expenses, and manage project profitability.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Negotiate and administer subcontractor and vendor agreements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and building codes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports.
• Identify risks, solve problems proactively, and keep projects moving forward.
• Utilize project management software to track schedules, budgets, and resources.

Qualifications

Required

• 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Proven experience managing projects from planning through completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Equivalent field experience will be considered.
• CCM, PMP, or other industry certifications.
• Experience with construction project management software.
