Customer Service Representative/Front Office – Medical Equipment (Floater Role)

Pay: $17 – $18/hour | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We're partnering with a local medical facility that provides top-tier medical equipment for home use, and they need someone who can move comfortably between two important roles: supporting patients over the phone as a Customer Service Rep, and stepping into the front/retail office when they need an extra hand. What You'll Be Doing

• Talking with patients: Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and genuine care — you'll often be the friendly voice patients remember most.
• Keeping things organized: Document details accurately so patient care never misses a beat.
• Coordinating the details: Help schedule appointments and process payments smoothly and efficiently.
• Covering the front office: Step in at the retail/front office as needed — greeting visitors, assisting walk-ins, and keeping that side of the operation running just as smoothly.
• Rolling with it: Embrace the unexpected. This role rewards flexibility and problem-solving.

What You'll Need

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Full availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Comfort switching gears between phone support and in-person customer service
