We are currently recruiting for a Direct-Hire Insulation Installer on behalf of a leading regional contractor. You will be hired directly onto our client's payroll from day one, receiving hands-on training to master a valuable trade in residential and commercial construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Precision Installation: Measure, cut, fit, and secure insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, pipes, and other structures using spray equipment, tape, screws, and staples.

  • Job Prep & Removal: Safely remove and dispose of old insulation according to safety regulations; load, unload, and transport tools and materials to job sites.

  • Safety & Quality: Maintain a clean work environment and follow all safety protocols and industry standards.

  • Teamwork: Work closely with your crew and complete daily tasks efficiently.

What We Are Looking For

  • Career Mindset: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to build a long-term trade career.

  • Physical & Hands-On Ability: Comfortable performing physical labor in varying job site conditions and using hand/power tools.

  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow instructions, read blueprints, and measure accurately.

  • Experience: Prior tool or construction experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most!
