Salary: $30-35/hr BOE

Skilled Maintenance Technician needed to lead maintenance department for a manufacturing & logistics company.

Shift: 7a-3:15p (occasional on call + 1-2 Saturdays/mo)
Pay: $30-35/hr BOE
Where: Richmond metro area, IN
DIRECT HIRE

Duties:

• Troubleshoot equipment failures
• Perform appropriate maintenance
• Participate in budgeting for maintenance department
• Organize maintenance tasks to optimize workflow

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ work experience in one position – required
• 5+ years’ maintenance experience – required
• One or more of:
  • 2-year degree
  • Journeyman status
  • Technical certification
