Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain rental properties

• Complete general home repairs and maintenance
• Identify and address property issues
• Perform various handyman tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Previous handyman or maintenance experience preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently

🪚 CARPENTER / GENERAL LABORER

$15+ per hour | Traveling Position

Looking for hardworking individuals to join our traveling construction team!

What We Offer:

• $15+ per hour, based on experience
• Paid hotel accommodations
• $25 per diem while traveling
