About the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist & Copywriter to join a growing organization in the medical device and healthcare technology industry.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced writer and marketer who enjoys creating compelling content, managing marketing initiatives, coordinating events, and communicating complex ideas in a clear and engaging way.

Working directly with the Director of Marketing, this individual will help develop and execute marketing content across digital and print channels while supporting trade shows, webinars, social media, sales initiatives, and overall brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Copywriting & Content Development

• Research industry topics and develop engaging, well-written marketing content

• Create copy for emails, advertisements, websites, blogs, social media, video scripts, event materials, sales collateral, and internal/external communications

• Edit and proofread materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment

• Maintain marketing collateral and product support materials, including brochures, product guides, sell sheets, manuals, and educational materials

• Communicate with customers and business partners to better understand their needs and develop effective marketing and implementation resources

Trade Shows, Events & Webinars

• Research industry trade shows, conferences, and seminars that align with company growth initiatives

• Coordinate trade shows from beginning to end, including registration, booth logistics, vendor communication, travel arrangements, and event preparation

• Attend and represent the company at trade shows and conferences as needed

• Develop and lead educational webinars designed to engage prospective clients, educate healthcare professionals, and support business development efforts

Digital Marketing & Business Support

• Develop content for ongoing digital marketing and social media initiatives

• Assist with managing social media outreach and content calendars

• Monitor healthcare industry trends, particularly in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM)

• Partner with sales and management teams to develop outreach strategies for healthcare organizations

• Monitor marketing performance across key business segments

• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams, including colleagues in Taiwan

• Assist with additional marketing projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills

• Ability to translate technical or complex information into clear, engaging content

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines

• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, management, creative, and international teams

• Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences, trade shows, and special projects

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field preferred

• 3+ years of healthcare and/or medical device industry experience is highly desirable

• Experience with healthcare technology, RPM, CCM, or RTM is a strong plus

• Relevant writing samples or a portfolio demonstrating experience across digital and print formats are requested
