Delivery Driver/Service Technician

Located in Ottawa, ON

Salary: $22.00 to $23.00

Our client, a manufacturer of innovative indoor air quality solutions, is seeking a skilled and reliable Delivery Driver/Service Technician to join their dynamic team!

As a key member of their team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring timely product deliveries, and providing technical support to clients. Required skills and qualifications:

• Minimum 1-year of warehousing experience
• Previous experience driving a commercial vehicle ideal
• Ability to work independently/in a team
• Must be able and willing to learn
• Capable of lifting up to 50lbs
• Must have a G class license with a clean Driver’s Abstract
• Own vehicle
• Previous forklift experience considered an asset
• Previous experience using an ERP system considered an asset

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Drive a cargo van to client sites to test equipment and replace filters
• Deliver construction materials to sites and replace materials as required
• Load and unload product into and from truck trailers using forklift or hand carts
• Prepare orders for delivery, shipping or collection
• Ensure that shipping documents are complete and included with the product before delivery/collection
• Keep warehouse areas clean and tidy, product properly located and identified, aisles clean and free of clutter
• Stack and organizing product on skids and in racking using forklift or hand carts
• Other duties as assigned

Wage: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour depending on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday - 7:00am – 4:00pm – Must be willing to do overtime as required
