Location: Paris, IL
Pay: $16.25
Schedule: Mon-Thurs 6am-4:30pm, some Fridays 6am-2:30pm, some Saturdays 6am-11am

Job Overview: Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable and motivated individuals for a Paint Booth Operator / Loader-Unloader position in the Paris, IL area. This is a hands-on manufacturing role that involves loading and unloading parts for the paint line, operating paint booth equipment, and assisting with assembly tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload parts and materials on the paint line.
- Operate paint booth equipment according to safety and quality standards.
- Inspect parts for proper paint coverage and quality.
- Prepare products for painting, packaging, or shipment.
- Assist with assembly duties when production demands require.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work effectively with team members to meet production goals.
Please note: Candidates must be willing to work in a team setting, have great communication skills (written and verbal), and must be able to pass a background check.
