BDC Service Representative

Fort Myers, FL | $17.00/hour

Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a BDC Service Representative for a well-established automotive dealership in Fort Myers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, is comfortable on the phone, and would love to become part of a team that has been serving the community for years.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Schedule service appointments for customers.

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with service-related questions.

• Provide friendly, professional customer service.

• Enter and maintain service appointments in the computer system.

• Make reminder calls to customers about upcoming service appointments.

• Help ensure customers have a smooth and positive service experience.

Schedule & Pay

• Pay: $17.00/hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, with hours between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM

• Must be open to working a schedule within those hours and Saturdays if needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive customer service experience.

• Comfortable answering phones and speaking with customers.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Comfortable using a computer to schedule appointments.

• Reliable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.

• Automotive or service scheduling experience is a plus, but not required.
