We are seeking an experienced and reliable Senior HVAC / AC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in residential heating and air conditioning systems, delivering high-quality diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services to homeowners. Key Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair, and maintenance on a wide variety of residential HVAC systems.

• Ensure all installations and service work meet quality standards and local safety codes.

• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues clearly and offering clear solutions.

• Identify opportunities for upgrades or necessary service additions to assist customers and generate commission earnings.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked company vehicle.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on HVAC technician experience required (10+ years strongly preferred).

• Residential Background: Proven expertise in residential HVAC environments is mandatory. (Commercial experience is a welcome plus, but residential expertise is required. Candidates with only industrial experience will not be considered).

• Refrigeration: Experience with refrigeration systems is a major plus!

• Clean History: Must be able to pass a Background Check (BG), Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and a 5-Panel Drug Screen (5P DT).

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Pay & Benefits

• Base Salary: $50,000 to $70,000 annually (Dependent on Experience).

• Commission: Additional earning potential on top of base pay.

• Full-time schedule with local travel.
