Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fitter to join a busy manufacturing team. This position is responsible for MIG welding, fitting, and fabrication work, as well as assisting with general warehouse duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have prior welding and fitting experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding and fitting duties according to production requirements
• Read and follow work instructions and specifications as assigned
• Assist with fabrication and assembly processes
• Support warehouse operations and material handling as needed
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards

Requirements:

• Previous welding and fitting experience required
• MIG welding experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment

Work Environment: This position is located in a highly active manufacturing setting and requires frequent standing, lifting, bending, and other physical activities. Candidates must be comfortable working in a very physically demanding environment.
