• Load and unload items using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks
• Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule, adhering strictly to traffic laws and DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing excellent service during delivery interactions
• Maintain proper documentation of deliveries, including receipts and delivery logs via mobile devices

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with warehouse or commercial driving background
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to perform lifting of 30 pounds
• Excellent customer service skills with professional communication abilities
• Comfortable using mobile devices for navigation, documentation, and communication purposes
