Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Property Supervisor to oversee operations and provide support for resident managers across 13 property sites. This role requires strong property management experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to travel between locations to ensure communities are operating efficiently and in compliance with company standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise, support, and mentor resident managers across multiple properties.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational efficiency and property compliance.
• Address resident concerns and assist with the resolution of tenant issues.
• Monitor occupancy, property appearance, and overall site performance.
• Ensure resident managers are following company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with leasing, move-ins, move-outs, and resident retention initiatives as needed.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel and vendors to address property needs.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and communicate property updates to management.
• Provide training and guidance to resident managers to support successful property operations.

Qualifications

• Previous property management experience is required.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel between sites.

Physical & Travel Requirements

• Frequent travel to property locations is required.
• Travel time may range from 1 to 3 hours several days per week.
• Mileage reimbursement is provided for work-related travel.
