Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Shift: 1st Shift / Day Shift
Pay: DOE (Based on Experience)

We are hiring a dependable Deburr / Grinder Technician for a full-time, 1st shift manufacturing position. This is a hands-on role working with sheet metal parts, using sanding and grinding techniques to remove burrs, sharp edges, excess material, and metal shavings.

This position is a great fit for someone with experience in deburring, grinding, metal finishing, sheet metal, fabrication, manufacturing, machine shops, production, or general industrial work.

What You'll Do

• Deburr and finish sheet metal parts after processing
• Sand and grind metal components to remove rough or sharp edges
• Remove excess material, shavings, hangings, and imperfections
• Inspect finished parts for quality and proper finish
• Use grinders, sanders, and other appropriate hand tools
• Handle and organize metal parts throughout the finishing process
• Follow production specifications and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all required safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail is essential
• Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on production work
• Experience with grinders, sanders, deburring tools, or metal finishing is preferred
• Sheet metal, fabrication, machine shop, or manufacturing experience is a plus
• Able to follow instructions and consistently meet quality expectations
• Dependable and able to maintain regular attendance
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a production team

 

Important Work Environment Information

This is a hands-on industrial position in a dusty and dirty work environment. The deburring and grinding process creates metal dust and debris, and required protective equipment, including dust masks, must be worn as directed.
