We are looking for motivated and skilled HVAC Installers to join our team in the Little Rock area. If you have experience installing residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and take pride in quality workmanship, we want to hear from you.
As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the installation and replacement of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Install residential and/or commercial HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Remove and replace existing HVAC systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and installation instructions
- Ensure installations comply with local codes and manufacturer requirements
- Test systems after installation to verify proper operation and performance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Complete installation paperwork and job documentation accurately
Qualifications
- HVAC installation experience preferred
- EPA Certification is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work with hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor environments
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
