We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician to join our growing team serving the Little Rock area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing residential and/or commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and provide effective solutions
• Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems
• Test system performance and ensure proper operation
• Communicate findings and recommendations to customers professionally
• Complete work orders and service documentation accurately
• Follow all company safety standards and industry regulations
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working condition

Qualifications

• Previous HVAC experience preferred
• EPA Certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions
