Production Operator 3rd Shift

Located in Mount Pleasant, WI

Salary: $17-22.00/hr.

Packaging/Quality: As finished bags come off the production line, employees inspect them for rips, tears, and other defects. Defective products are sorted into scrap, while good products are packaged for shipment to the customer.

 

Machine Operation: Employees feed materials into the production equipment, make setting adjustments, monitor machine performance, and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.

 

For these positions, we've generally had the most success with candidates who are mechanically or technically inclined and comfortable working around manufacturing equipment. They do not need to have Maintenance Technician-level experience. We're primarily looking for people who are comfortable learning how machinery works, troubleshooting basic issues, and working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

 

3rd Shift 9:30pm - 6:00am
