Responsibilities

• Assist with floor installation, repair, and restoration projects
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Prepare work areas and materials
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule

Requirements

• Construction, carpentry, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to bend, kneel, crawl, and work on your feet throughout the day
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
