Schedule: Mon-Fri 5:30am-done, overtime as scheduled on weekends
Pay Range: $23-26/hr

 

About the Company Express Employment is seeking a Maintenance Lead to join our client’s team. Our client is a growing manufacturing facility dedicated to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This position offers the opportunity to lead a maintenance team while supporting the operation and reliability of facility equipment and systems.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians, including scheduling, training, and task delegation.
• Perform and oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and facility equipment.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs and maintain accurate maintenance records using eMaint.
• Manage maintenance and facility supply inventory and work with third-party vendors.
• Promote workplace safety, ensure compliance with company policies, and communicate facility needs to management.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties including bending, standing, and lifting.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Forklift certification.
• Training in lockout/tagout and confined space procedures.
• Experience with electrical systems, mechanical repairs, pipefitting, and welding.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and training employees.
