Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00/HR

Duties:

Provide compassionate care and support to residents in a residential care setting.
Administer medications as assigned and ensure accurate documentation of medication administration.
Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and daily activities as needed.
Engage residents in conversation and provide companionship to support their emotional well-being.
Transport residents to appointments or activities when required.
Accurately document resident care, observations, and services provided using the Setworks EMR system.
Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns to appropriate staff.
Follow care plans, company policies, and safety procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications:

Previous caregiver experience required.
Experience administering medications preferred.
Ability to accurately document care and resident information in Setworks EMR.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent documentation practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused approach to care.
Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred for positions requiring resident transportation.
