Location: Tolland, CT

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour

What You’ll Be Doing Every Day

• Bringing Blueprints to Life: Dive into engineering drawings to build precision mechanical and electrical subassemblies from the ground up.

• Wiring & Crafting: Harness your inner maker by custom-building wire harnesses, cables, and detailed component setups.

• Programming & Testing: Get under the hood—program EPROMs/PLDs, run pre-calibrations, and conduct leak tests to make sure every unit is rock solid before it ships.

• Problem Solving & Improving: Keep tabs on your builds with quick paperwork, update instrument models, and share your ideas on how we can level up our assembly process.

What You Bring to the Workbench

• Schematic Savvy: You can read simple mechanical drawings and electrical schematics like a map.

• Soldering Skill: You’ve got steady hands and solid soldering experience that results in clean, reliable connections every time.

• Precision Mindset: You care about the small details and get satisfaction out of doing things right the first time.

• Hands-On Craft: Comfortable working with fine wire harnesses, delicate hardware, and basic tools.
