Hours:

1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
3rd Shift: Monday-Friday | 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Pay: $18.00/HR

Duties:

  • Prepare, cook, and serve food according to recipes, production schedules, and quality standards.
  • Follow proper food preparation techniques and cooking methods to ensure consistency and food safety.
  • Assist with meal preparation, ingredient handling, and food presentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.
  • Accurately store, label, and rotate food products according to food safety guidelines.
  • Monitor food quality and ensure all products meet company and customer expectations.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with inventory, stocking, and other kitchen duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience as a Cook or in a related food service role required.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen operations.
  • Understanding of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
  • Ability to follow recipes and production guidelines accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Passion for cooking and creating high-quality food.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and kitchen demands.
