Salary: $20-$25 hr

Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for our Frewsburg, NY client. We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Install Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and indoor air quality systems. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-split systems, boilers, and other HVAC equipment.
  • Perform equipment replacements and complete new system installations in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
  • Install ductwork, ventilation systems, thermostats, and indoor air quality products.
  • Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.
  • Test and inspect systems after installation to verify proper operation and performance.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at customer locations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding installation procedures, system operation, and maintenance recommendations.
  • Complete required paperwork, job documentation, and installation reports accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet company quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous HVAC installation experience preferred.
  • EPA Certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to read and interpret installation manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds and perform physical job duties in various working conditions.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude.

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Compensation

  • $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience (BOE).
