Propane Delivery Driver (CDL-B)

Located in Bloomington, IN

Salary: $23.00 / hr + commission

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Propane Delivery Driver to join a local Bloomington company. This position will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering propane to residential customers while also performing basic propane service work. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, comfortable with physical work, and experienced in commercial driving. Propane experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.

Job Summary

• Safely operate a propane delivery truck throughout assigned service areas
• Load liquid propane at the bulk plant and transport it to residential customer locations
• Deliver propane to customer tanks using delivery hoses and related equipment
• Perform service work, including changing regulators, completing gas checks, and assisting with new customer tank sets
• Complete required delivery and service documentation
• Become familiar with assigned routes and customers and efficiently manage daily deliveries
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Deliver approximately 40,000 gallons of propane per month, with volume varying based on demand
• Follow all company safety procedures and applicable DOT and propane-handling regulations

Experience Required

• Valid CDL Class B with Hazmat (H) endorsement — REQUIRED
• Previous delivery, commercial driving, propane, or related service experience is a plus
• Propane experience/certification (CTEP) preferred
• Willingness to learn propane delivery and service procedures

• Comfortable working with hoses, delivery equipment, and propane systems

Pay: $23.00/hour + commission

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
