A busy automotive repair facility in Chickasha is seeking a dependable and experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic abilities, a commitment to quality workmanship, and a customer-focused attitude. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair domestic and foreign vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Repair and replace engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, and other vehicle components
• Utilize diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical and electrical issues
• Conduct vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an automotive mechanic or technician preferred
• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems
• Experience with computerized diagnostic tools
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
• ASE certification is a plus but not required
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
