Front Counter Parts/Warehouse Clerk

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Front Counter Associate to join our plumbing supply warehouse team in the Leesburg area. The ideal candidate will be comfortable assisting customers at the sales counter, processing orders using a computer, and working in the warehouse when needed. This position requires someone who is organized, reliable, physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the front counter with plumbing parts and product inquiries
• Process sales orders, invoices, and customer transactions using company computer systems
• Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service
• Pull and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory in the warehouse
• Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work closely with warehouse and sales team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn inventory and point-of-sale systems
• Previous plumbing supply, hardware, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Comfortable working in both a customer service and warehouse environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude and willingness to help customers and teammates
