Lead Sales Advisor (Financial Planning & Wealth Management)
Are you an experienced Financial Advisor who thrives on meeting prospective clients, building trust, and helping families make meaningful financial decisions?
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Lead Sales Advisor to join our growing team.
Unlike many advisory firms, you will not be responsible for prospecting or lead generation. Our dedicated marketing and lead development teams generate and schedule qualified appointments on your behalf. Advisors can generally expect approximately 15 to 20 appointments per week, allowing them to focus on meeting prospects, delivering financial planning recommendations, and converting opportunities into long-term client relationships.
This role is ideal for an advisor who enjoys the relationship-building and sales aspects of financial planning while leveraging a proven process and strong operational support. You will work closely with planning and service teams to develop recommendations, guide prospects through the decision-making process, and help transition clients into long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Sales Advisor, your primary objective is to convert qualified prospects into long-term clients while delivering a consultative, fiduciary-focused planning experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective clients provided through the firm's marketing and lead generation systems
- Build trust and establish new client relationships
- Conduct discovery meetings and fact-finding discussions

- Collaborate with planning and service teams to implement recommendations
- Ensure all compliance, suitability, documentation, and confidentiality requirements are met
- Maintain established client communication and service standards
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and workflows
- Meet annual production and business development goals
What Makes This Opportunity Different?

In this role:
- Dedicated Lead Development Specialists generate qualified opportunities
- Marketing campaigns are company-funded
- Appointments are scheduled directly into your calendar
- You focus on meeting prospects and building relationships
- Planning and service support teams help manage ongoing client needs
- Advisors spend more time advising and less time prospecting
